Job Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues on a variety of vehicle makes and models.
Perform advanced vehicle diagnostics using cutting-edge equipment and technology.
Handle engine and transmission repairs, electrical systems, A/C systems, and other specialized work.
Lead and mentor entry-level and mid-level technicians, providing guidance and quality assurance.
Maintain a high level of accuracy, safety, and attention to detail when performing repairs.
Collaborate with the service manager to prioritize and complete repair orders in a timely manner.
Stay updated on the latest industry standards, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications

ASE Certifications (preferred) in various areas such as brakes, electrical/electronic systems, engine performance, and heating/air conditioning.
Experience in diagnosing and repairing complex automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in using advanced diagnostic equipment and tools.
Ability to communicate clearly with team members and customers.
